I am so thrilled to announce the launch of "The Great Creativity Toolkit", a collective project put together by my mentor Eric Maisel, which I have contributed to.
It takes a lot to live your dream of succeeding as a writer, painter, craftsperson, filmmaker, or other creative person. There’s no magic bullet or a single piece of advice that’s going to make that dream come true. But there’s a ton of great information in The Great Creativity Toolkit.
40 of the world’s top creativity coaches have brought together their wisdom and experience to create over 50 videos packed with knowledge, advice, and exercises. This toolkit is really quite amazing and really worth a look!
I have contributed to this toolkit by bringing in my knowledge and practical advice on how to deal with physical pain while creating. Being diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis in my 30s, I had to find ways to keep doing what I loved and keep pain under control. Yoga and Ayurveda have supported me in my journey and I have become passionate about sharing these tools with others.
