Through my own journey, I have developed ways to integrate Yoga, Ayurveda and Creativity into my life as practices to support a better relationship with life and myself.

I am here to share them with you.

Personal practice packages

  • 1. Foundation for your practice

    You are unique and each day is different. Learning to listen to what your body, mind, and heart need every day, and creating a personal practice that can support that is essential for living an authentic life and establishing creative wellbeing.

    It all starts with asking yourself “How do I feel today and what do I need?”.

    - Includes 4 private sessions with me valid over 5 weeks, in which we will explore the 3 bio-energies which manifest according to Ayurveda (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) at the physical and mental level and learn how to balance them so you can navigate your day at your best.

    - These sessions will include elements of yoga asana, breathing exercises, visualization and meditation practices, creative exercises, and other tools meant to support your needs.

    - We will meet in person or via Zoom for 60min, weekly or bi-weekly

    - At the end of our sessions, you will have the basic understanding and practical tools on how to start implementing practices in your daily routine

    This package also includes a follow-up by e-mail.

  • 2. Your personal daily practice

    Your personal daily practice is valuable time you spend with yourself, an opportunity to ask yourself “What is important for me in my life right now and how can I prioritize that on a daily basis?.”

    This means dedicating specific time in a form of daily practices to work and focus on:

    - a specific issue you are dealing with at the moment at a mental or physical level such as anxiety, stress, lack of energy, procrastination, pain etc. so you can reduce pain or discomfort and regain balance.

    or

    - improving in certain areas of your life such as building courage, willpower, commitment, self-trust, confidence, focus, self-discipline, etc. so you can bring to life your projects and feel more purposeful

    - Includes 4 private sessions with me valid over 5 weeks, in which we will explore tools from the 7 areas of creative well-being (Breath, Movement, Mindset, Nutrition, Creativity, Connection, Rest) that can specifically help you focus on what is important for you.

    - We will meet in person or via Zoom for 60min, weekly or bi-weekly.

    - At the end of our sessions, we will have created a personalized practice you can implement into your daily life so you can really focus on that particular issue/topic.

    This package also includes a follow-up by e-mail

  • 3. Your personalised Yoga practice

    Having a regular yoga practice can offer so many benefits at the physical and mental levels. It can help as much in preventing imbalance as in restoring balance. You can use this package to

    - Learn Yoga Fundamentals one-on-one

    - Receive individual guidance to optimize and improve your alignment

    - Create a customized home yoga practice easy to implement in your daily routine 

    - Work therapeutically on a specific issue (back pain, flexibility, stress, anxiety, etc)

    Includes 6 or 10 private sessions with me valid over 6 weeks, in which we will focus mainly on asana, pranayama and meditation practices.

    We will meet in person or via Zoom for 60min, weekly or bi-weekly 


  • 4. Your daily practice buddy

    A way to feel supported is by having someone check in with you while building a personal practice in any area of your life and keep you accountable.

    I can be your buddy who helps you:

    - Stay motivated, gain confidence and trust

    - Stay engaged, inspired, and focused

    - Maintain and adjust your practice to support your journey

    - Deal with the challenges which might show up along the way

    This is a monthly commitment that includes

    - one private 60 min session via Zoom with me

    - e-mail support for the month
